Finding Nemo

Today is my husbands and my 6th anniversary, Time is justa flying by! To celebrate this momentous occasion O-man decided to hook mommy up with a wonderful game of "find my fish" Thats right ladies and gentlemen there is an aquatic creature's corpse hanging out in my house justa waiting to be found or smelt...whichever comes first i guess! (happy anniversary to me) 

My clues:

     1. He does remember removing the fish

     2. He does NOT remember where he put it

     3. "Nemo is really good at hide and seek, eh mom" is really all he has to say for himself  

I've spent the better part of the day so far scouring closets, toy bins, dresser drawers and just about anything  else that could house the unfortunate victim ...no luck so far....aghh!!!

On the bright side- I will likely remember this anniversary for the rest of my life, it might even be funny one day....but not today!

First Things First

Hello,

This blog is a bit of a stretch for me, I am not professing to be a great writer or even a decent writer but hey I fly by the seat of my pants with most things in life and it seems to be working out ok for me so far, so without further a-du here goes!

My name is Elise, I grew up in a Christian home with Christian values, I even went to Christian schools, However at 18 years old after dating my Christian- raised boyfriend for about a year I got pregnant!! Ooops? (yeah thats what i said, literally) 

Now, i've had people ask me "how did that happen", my response to that is...."The usual way" 

I was raised knowing that sex before mariage is a sin, I passed sex ed so i also knew that unprotected sex would almost certainly result in a pregnancy. I thought I could "cheat the system" so to speak by using protection, turns out...i'm not very good at "cheating systems" and so our crazy journey begins! 

Its been an interesting journey to say the least, its been hard, its been fun, its made me cry, and its made me laugh, but at the end of the day I am SO incredibly blessed to be me! Only my Heavenly Father could take such a scary situation and turn it into such an AMAZING gift!

After 8 Loooooooong months of pregnancy (which is apparently not Looooong enough) I was blessed with my beautiful baby boy (we will call him Tdot for now)! He has taught me more about life and love then i could EVER teach him. He has a very laid back and gentle disposition, soft spoken and kind hearted just like his daddy. Everyone thought I was the perfect mother, raising the perfect little gentlemen, that is until bouncing baby boy #2 (we'll call him O-man) made his grand entrance, yes O-man was planned (I get that question a lot too lol) Anyways, ohh man did O-man ever throw me for a loop..this kid came out bouncing! He's a little spitfire, full of beans and can make me laugh even on my crabbiest days, Hes absolutely exhausting and invigorating all at the same time, its been hilarious to watch how two brothers with the exact same parents, growing up in the same home can be such polar opposites! What a pair!

Three years later and only a month before my 24th birthday (yes we are THAT kind of crazy) our family grew 2 more feet when we were blessed AGAIN with our baby princess (we'll call her Ads) Shes beautiful, sensitive and loves to cuddle, shes got the drama queen act down already and has all 3 of her boys wrapped around her little finger.

So thats it..my mama drama- My husband and I are 24years old, we drive a mini van vacation at disney, spend weekends playing ball hockey, hiking and playing at the park. I have a 6 year old a 4 year old and a 1 year old and I wouldn't trade my life for anything! ;)
